By accessing or using PropTools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
2. Trading Risks & Disclaimer
Trading futures, forex, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. PropTools is an informational and tracking tool only. We do not provide trading advice, execute trades, or guarantee any trading results. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes.
3. Service Description
PropTools provides calculators, comparison tools, account tracking, and trade journaling for prop firm traders. All tools are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We strive for accuracy in our calculations but do not guarantee they match your prop firm's exact payout calculations.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscription & Payments
PropTools offers a free tier with limited features and a Pro subscription. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, code, and design elements on PropTools are the intellectual property of PropTools. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the service without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
PropTools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to trading losses.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
